Complex aromas of vanilla, fig, and plum, and an exuberant flavour perfectly complement its vivid, dark-red colour and velvety palate. Ageing for 12 months in oak barrels softens its formidable tannins.
A Bold Beginning
An excellent choice for red meat, game dishes, and red-sauce pasta. Suitable for long-term ageing.

Vinification Method
Co-vinification of red-grape varieties Merlot and Cabernet, destemming, extraction, and inoculation in the tank, where it remains for 7–10 days under normal temperatures, regularly stirred 2–3 times a day. The must is separated from the pomace, and the fermentation process is completed. After the fermentation accomplishment, the wine is aged in medium-toast French oak barrels for 8–12 months.
