Pale salmon coloured with a vibrant nose of citrus aromas and bergamot, floral and herbalnotes, and the fragrance of rose petals.

Τhe mouth has a pleasant, fresh acidity, with a floral and herbal aftertaste.

Cold maceration for 36 hours at 10°C. Bleeding off of juice and fermentation at 17°Ccontrolled temperature.

Whispers of Moschato

Co-inoculation with a mixed cultureof non- Saccharomyces and cerevisiae yeast strains.

Serve at 10–12°C, ideally paired with seafood such as grilled salmon, pasta sauce, or seafood risotto.
