Stagma – Grand Reserved 2017CABERNET SAUVIGNON – MERLOT
Red vinification without malolactic conversion; 24 hours cold soak and pomace removal at the final stages of fermentation. 24 months maturation in French oak barrels of 1st and 2nd use. 12 months in a bottle prior to commercial release.
Full bodied wine with well-structured ripe tannins. Red and black fruits such as plum and cherry along with dried floral aromas, tomato and olive are blended with sandalwood, dark chocolate and nutty undertones. Rich in the mouth with a spicy and nutty finish.
