Harvested from our organic vineyards in late August, this Chardonnay is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanksin our estate. A fascinating wine, showing a rich, mouth-filling, fleshy complexity. A golden yellow colour, nose of exotic fruits, and long, persistent finish endow it with a strong, cosmopolitan profile. Enjoy with white meat, seafood, risotto alla Parmigiana, white sauces, cheese, or fruit. Serve at 8–10°C.
