Alatsaria The Story

Every year, fishermen on the Cycladic island of Folegandros would sail to the southernmost cape of Ambeli Gulf, known as the Alatsaria Rock, to collect the salt crystals left by the sea spray that evaporatesall through the winter. Thissplendid wine is a tribute to that age-old custom.

“The gift of land and sea – tasty flakes from the great rock of Alatsaria…”
